Sabian B8 Pro O-Zone

Sabian B8 Pro O-Zone

Sabian came out with its new type of cymbals, the O-Zone in early 2002. At that time, this new type of cymbal was only available with the HHX line. Now it’s available with the B8 Pro Line too.

The O-Zones are designed as crash cymbals, they are not the typical crashes. What sets them apart from other crash cymbals are the 2″ holes on the body of the cymbal. These holes, according to Sabian, makes the O-Zones “crude and aggressive combination of a thin crash and a China”. It’s lighter than other crash cymbals and response faster.

The B8 Pro O-Zone Crashes are available in two sizes, 16″ and 18″. These cymbals are best for drummers who play with speed, power and aggression.
